We sell meat sourced from our own farm and other local farms in the area, expertly prepared by our friendly butchers. They are happy to offer advice on different cuts of meat and cooking tips. We can portion up exactly the amount that you need, so if you want to try just one sausage of a new flavour before committing yourself to a full pack, that is no problem. And speaking of sausages, our Railway Sausage is an award winner in a national sausage competition. This is one of the flavours that we stock on rotation alongside our regular flavours.
Whilst you are visiting the butchery, don’t forget about your four-legged friend — we often have bones and chicken carcasses available for them.
