Shop Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Shop Floor Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the shop floor. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include

– Manage all aspects of the shop floor, including sales, stocking, and customer service

– Supervise staff members to ensure they deliver outstanding service

– Opening and closing of store

– Deputising for manager in their absence

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. The position is for 40 hours a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. We can be flexible on the weekend day.

The role does involve an element of manual handling when dealing with deliveries.
